SUMMARY:Social Beginners Trail Run in Epping Forest, to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month
DESCRIPTION:Women in Tri UK are celebrating South Asian Heritage month in July by putting on our first trail run!\nJoin us on Saturday 26th July at 9am outside of Chingford Overground Station to start running at 9.10am, in the beautiful Epping Forest.\nThis will be an approx ~8km run. You will not need trail shoes, and standard road shoes will be fine. Please bring water as it might be hot out.\nPeople from all backgrounds and run experiences are welcome, it’ll be a no drop pace and might involve some walking unless we can get a few pacers for the event.\nAfterwards we’ll head out for a social close to the station.\nCommunity-led Sessions are informal training gatherings organized by community members without direct coaching from Women in Tri UK. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during these sessions.\nWe’re really looking forward to this event and hope you can make it!\n
